1. General Payment Terms

• Payment for any reservation, accommodation or other services provided by The Anza Lifestyle shall be made in accordance with the rate and payment conditions selected at the time of booking.
• The rates payable for accommodation, goods, and services are those published by The Anza Lifestyle at the time the reservation is made. Rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until a booking has been confirmed.
• All reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once The Anza Lifestyle has issued a booking confirmation.

2. Payment Options

The Anza Lifestyle accepts the following payment methods:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Cards (where supported by the issuing bank) AllPayments are processed through our secure online payment gateway.

3. Refundable and Non-Refundable Rates

All bookings are subject to The Anza Lifestyle’s Refund and Cancellation Policy, as follows:

• Cancellation 14 days or less before arrival: 100% of the deposit is forfeited.
• Cancellation 15–21 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is forfeited.
• Cancellation 22–30 days before arrival: 25% of the deposit is forfeited.

No refunds will be considered outside of the applicable cancellation terms unless required by law or approved at the sole discretion of The Anza Lifestyle.

4. Standard Reservations

Where payment is not taken at the time of booking, the credit card details provided are used solely to guarantee the reservation.

The Anza Lifestyle reserves the right to debit the card provided for:

• Cancellation fees
• No-show charges; or
• Any other charges due in accordance with the applicable booking conditions.

5. Debit Card Refunds

• Depending on your banking institution, certain debit card transactions cannot be refunded directly to the original card.
• Where this applies, The Anza Lifestyle will contact the guest to arrange a refund via electronic bank transfer.

6. Refunds Older Than Six Months

• Bookings cancelled more than six (6) months after the original booking date may not qualify for an automatic refund through the online payment gateway due to banking regulations.
• Where applicable, The Anza Lifestyle will contact the guest to arrange the refund via electronic bank transfer.

7. Electronic Transactions

The customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Any booking made through this website constitutes an electronic transaction as defined in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002.
• A legally binding agreement is concluded between the customer and The Anza Lifestyle once the booking is confirmed.
• The customer authorises The Anza Lifestyle to debit the nominated payment card for all applicable charges relating to the reservation.
• A handwritten signature is not required for authorisation of the transaction.

8. Acceptance of Terms

• By making a reservation through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with The Anza Lifestyle’s Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
